Buying property in Ravda and Aheloy: Affordable alternatives to major resorts

I am currently looking to invest in a vacation property on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast but find prices in Sunny Beach and Nesebar to be inflated. I have been researching Ravda and Aheloy as more budget-friendly alternatives that still offer good amenities and beach access. Could anyone share their experience regarding the long-term rental potential and general lifestyle in these two villages? I would appreciate any advice on specific neighborhoods to look for or potential pitfalls for international buyers.

I've spent several summers in Ravda, and it's definitely more laid back than Sunny Beach.
