Buying an apartment in Pamporovo: Southern ski resort pros and cons

I am currently considering investing in a holiday apartment in Pamporovo and would love to hear from those who already own property there. What are the main benefits of choosing this southern resort over Bansko or Borovets, particularly regarding climate and year-round accessibility? I am also concerned about potential rental yields and the maintenance costs associated with older complexes. Any honest feedback on the pros and cons would be greatly appreciated.

I've owned in Pamporovo for five years. The biggest pro is the climate; it's much sunnier than Bansko. It feels more like a relaxed forest retreat than a bustling town.
